Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are always available by phone or online. All Gift Certificates expire one year from purchase date, are non refundable, nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash. The Haven Spa & Wellness Center is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled service, or you will be charged the full price of your scheduled service.
